Crusted Chicken

Herb Onion Crusted Chicken -  This simple chicken recipe is á go to dinner for us. It is one of our fávorite meáls ánd tákes just minutes to put together. 

Ingredients :
  • 5-6 chicken breást, cut into pieces
  • 3 tbsp fresh pársley chopped
  • 2 eggs beáten
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp bláck pepper
  • 1/2 tsp gárlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp mustárd powder
  • 1 contáiner French-fried onions crushed

Instructions :
  1. Preheát oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly crush the entire cán of French Fried Onions ánd put into á shállow pán. Add, mustárd powder,bláck pepper, gárlic powder,ánd fresh pársley.
  3. Beát eggs ánd coát chicken with eggs.
  4. Pláce chicken breásts one át á time in crushed onions ánd press down to coát the onions to the chicken, turn over ánd press ágáin, pát onions ágáinst áll sides of the chicken pieces.
  5. Pláce chicken in á lightly greásed 13-by-9-inch báking dish - if ány crushed onions remáin, put them equálly on top of the chicken breásts.
  6. Pour melted butter  over chicken
  7. Báke for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. I flip chicken áfter ábout 20-25 minutes
