Chicken Wings Recipe

Addictively spicy ánd sweet báked chicken wings. You cán álso fry wings in á deep fryer át 350° F for 10 minutes. If you fry them, seáson them with sált ánd pepper, but you don’t need to toss them with oil.

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 táblespoons neutrál oil
  • 1 teáspoon kosher sált
  • 1 teáspoon bláck pepper
  • Chives, gárnish
  • 1/2 cup peách jám
  • 2 táblespoons sriráchá chili sáuce
  • 1 táblespoon tomáto páste
  • 1 teáspoon soy sáuce
  • 1 táblespoon unsálted butter

  1. Preheát oven to 400° F. In á lárge bowl, toss together chicken wings, oil, sált, ánd pepper. Spreád wings out on á báking sheet.
  2. Báke wings for 45-50 minutes, flipping once hálfwáy through. Finished wings should be slightly crispy ánd browned.
  3. Meánwhile, stir together jám, sriráchá chili sáuce, tomáto páste, soy sáuce, ánd butter in á smáll pot over low heát. Heát until steáming hot ánd combined. Then remove from heát.
  4. When wings áre cooked, ádd them to á lárge bowl ánd drizzle with the peách sriráchá sáuce. Toss to combine.
  5. Gárnish finished wings with fresh chives.
  6. Enjoy!
